Dungeon Fun

My room-mate is gone and the person I had lined up flaked on meeting the property manager. It’s almost the end of the month and I started wondering if I shouldn’t just turn that room into a studio. Then the thought crossed my mind–a dungeon! I was already considering putting a pole in my empty living room and learning to dance seductively like a club girl but I actually think that I would like a couch instead. Am I losing my rough and rowdy edge? I’m thinking that setting up an illicit play area in the spare room will somehow make up for that. I’ll be setting up a wish list for toys and equipment soon and I will most certainly direct you to it. You do know that my birthday is coming, don’t you

Catching up.

What the fuck? Here’s what’s up with my life:

First, my girlfriend and I break up. Like, 4 days after Valentines Day. I moped around for weeks, am still moping. Somewhere in the fog of heartbreak I decided to take a little trip to Seattle, for fun and distraction. It was really fun, I love being in new places, seeing old friends, make new friends, and it helped me remember what it is truly like to be single.

I come back, all full of life, and my room-mate says he’s moving out. Great. Now this is like a second break-up because we have lived to gether in three different apartments, in two different cities, over the last three years. He’s very accepting of my *ahem* “lifestyle.”

So here I am looking for a room-mate… I looked at my life from a potential room-mate’s perspective and I just had to laugh. The catch-22 is being able to find someone who can accept a chaotic, illicit environment without adding too much to the chaos. Probably too much to ask. Currently the property managers are looking at my selections for approval.

Other than the major life changes that I am currently experiencing (!!) I’m also working on a new web presence that will knock you out when you see it. I still have some work to do to make it presentable but when it’s ready I’ll post a link.

I don’t know why I was procrastinating on this–it is really quite theraputic. I’l be back to post more soon.
