Messages are reviewed during normal Central Time business hours. Please allow up to two business days for a response. Order problems are prioritized.

For order assistance, include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Do not send complete payment-card numbers, passwords, or government identification through this form or ordinary email. We never require explicit photographs or images showing an intimate product in use to review an order issue.
